Make sure grill grates are clean. Number two : Cut sausage into about 1'' slices, the same thickness as the shrimp. Number three : Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Place shrimp in bowl. I love Jalapeno Popper everything. What’s not to love about the combination of jalapeno, cream cheese, and bacon. For this recipe, fresh summer zucchini is cut in half lengthwise, some of the flesh is removed and then it is briefly roasted in the oven to get the zucchini partially tender. These were wonderful! Mine turned out really crispy. I sliced them thin and baked at a higher temp. 450° and watched them closely so they wouldn't burn. I also mixed in some parmesan with the bread crumbs before coating the zucchini. I'll definitely make these again! This skillet chicken has a delicious sauce, perfect for soaking bread or a side. If you wanted to perk this up with a bit of heat you could add some Sriracha sauce or other hot sauce to the simmering spinach mixture. Use any kind of mushrooms you like, and feel free to switch up the greens. Chopped collard greens or baby kale would be good here as well.
